Great host and wonderful property. Perfect for a single traveler with close access to the San Diego area and a safe location. Host was very responsive and always available to help with anything. Highly recommended!!

This location was perfect for our needs and having the space of 2 rooms was nice for our family of 3. Cozy & clean; host was friendly & communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

I was in town for a short stay to volunteer at the Breeders Cup. The location was fantastic, the communication with the host was quick and helpful, and the property had everything we needed. I would stay here again if I came back to the area.

Stayed here while travelling for work. The location is very close to the 56 freeway which is great for getting about to the local biotech clusters. The area is very residential and it's generally pretty quiet at night (good for rest/sleep etc) although you really would need a car (or a lot of Ubers) to get around. There is ample on street parking.
The double bed is nice and large and comfy. The kitchenette is fairly small and basic, not one for staying and doing lots of home cooking, but if your vibe is heading out for dinner or getting takeout then it's spot on.
Check in was easy with lots of clear instructions for finding the property and getting in at any time of night. Afsaneh was very responsive whenever I had any questions and helpful when I needed things.
