The staff was very helpful. The room and ensuite were clean and the bed was very comfortable.
With it being a double room we were disappointed that there was just one bath towel with one hand towel.
The hairdryer wasn't working neither was the TV.

Ideal for an overnight stop. the room was adequate for our needs and the inclusion of a kettle in the room was an added bonus. The location was ideal for us as we were attending a one day convention nearby.
Unfortunately I suffer from an allergy of both dog and cat hair. Although the room had been thoroughly cleaned it was obvious to me that there had been an animal in the room at some point as I had to take medication in order for the symptoms of my allergies not to prevent me from sleeping. I had noted the pet policy of the hotel and came prepared to do this.

The room I occupied was not what I expected. The rug wasn’t didn’t have a good odor, it smells like urine, the bathroom was that good, the water reduction was too small for an adult to take a meaningful shower. Air conditioner was excellent,you can set it as you want.
