This home was staged by a local interior designer so you'll enjoy all the details. You will be walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and the ocean! Located in a quiet beach neighborhood and equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Your stay includes beach chairs, Smart TV’s, WIFI, and a fully stocked kitchen. The Space: Perfect location for everything you need. It is a few steps to the beach and a short walk to local coffee shops, Native Sun grocery store, and an assortment of restaurants. This clean and freshly updated home includes smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi! The kitchen is complete with cooking ware, full dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home! You get to enjoy the private fenced in backyard all to yourself with lounging furniture and a grill. There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots. First Floor: 1 Full size bathroom 2nd bedroom: 1 full sized bed and 1 twin sized bed (bunk bed) and a roll away twin bed 3rd bedroom: Queen size bed and includes rollaway twin bed 4th bedroom flex: Daybed with trundle (2 twins) with workspace and access to outdoor backyard Second Floor: Primary Bedroom: King Sized Bed with full private bathroom that includes a double vanity Fully Stocked Kitchen Living Room Half Bathroom Balcony Both of the clean and updated bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Beach towels are provided. You can comfortably sleep 9 people! We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property. This home is managed by the Jax Beach locals, Mealer Management. We specialize in vacation rentals at Jacksonville Beach so our team is just minutes away to help during your stay. Our daughter lives in Jax so we like to spend a few weeks with her but not in her space. The house was perfect for us and when our son and his family came to visit for a few days we had lots of space. Being a block from the beach was fantastic! We rented bikes and enjoyed riding down 1st Avenue to the restaurants close by. We will definitely rent this place again in the future should it be available 😎 Shout out to River from the bike rental place recommended in the house manual. Great guy!! Thank you Coco for making our stay like a home away from home! Suzanne

What a wonder surprise!!! Jacksonville blew me away. The food, the beach, the music and the vibe. This place is in the heartbeat of it all. We loved it!!!

The property was very relaxing with plenty of modern amenities to host eight people comfortably. The common area on the second level is supportive of relaxing around an open living area and kitchen. The two bathrooms and one powder room were adequate for all members. The first level outdoor space was relaxing with the majority of the shade occurring in the morning areas. The surrounding area was calm and peaceful - the beach is a short walk via public access to the east. Overall this was a great experience and if in the area again I would not hesitate to book again.
