There are no others like it in the world. 🌎 Other things to note: The bathroom of this one of a kind Cottage is a small alcove located next to the kitchen. Dressed in an un-BEAR-ably cute shower curtain as a "Privacy Curtain" The shower and toilet are in the alcove while the adorable sink is just outside the alcove in the kitchen space. In addition, a tall privacy screen can be used to enclose as much of the kitchen space needed for dressing etc. The opening into the alcove is narrow- only 19" wide. with a 10" tiled retaining wall to step over. See photos. Persons with mobility issues may find it challenging to enter the alcove. The 2nd floor attic is locked and not accessible for guests. There is no formal living room. The front door opens up to the Master Suite. The 2nd bedroom is partially located under the staircase. 1 of the 2 beds are located under the staircase. A child's favorite place to sleep! The office desk is located in this 2nd bedroom. For guests that do not need these 2 beds can transform them into lounge chairs instead.
