The hotel has a great location with a great view of the Pyramids. Most of the staff is really friendly, the girl in the lobby was super friendly and nice, best staff.
The staff in the morning restaurant are also much nicer than the ones in the afternoon. The breakfast included was great and really abundant. You don’t need anything else.
The only recommendations would be to put curtains in the shower so the water doesn’t spill all over.
In general I would really recommend first times to stay in this hotel as it’s close, safe and in an exclusive area with extraordinary views of the pyramids.

The hotel was amazing, from the beautiful view at room 305 to the excellent staff (front desk, dining/kitchen and auxiliary staff). Mira and Yuri was great in accommodating to anything I needed. my issues only was that the WIFI is spotty outside the hotel, even the balcony. The shower bit small. No elevator/lift. Other then those minor details, the stay was great. Also, if you need a ride around the Cairo/Giza or anywhere contact Soloiman at 201222949811.
