Definitely the view of the pyramids.
The sliding door in the room to the balcony was very difficult to open, meaning not easy to enjoy the view.
There was super loud music in the rooftop restaurant during dinner time. We were made to understand that people came for the music but it was unfair to those who didn’t like it. Also, it made it difficult to hear each other, which meant our order was a little messed up.

The hotel is in a very great location to tour the pyramids. Upon our arrival, we checked into our room with a view of the pyramids, offering fabulous views from the balcony.
Upon our arrival, we noticed that the sliding door in our room was not closing, so we informed management and they upgraded us to a very lovely room with a jacuzzi on the balcony.
