The staff were incredibly attentive, the hotel was so clean. Room was spacious, it really helped make our stay that much more enjoyable in Osaka. Loved the convenience of walking to the Train Station/Subway & even the Aquarium was in walking distance. I would consider returning to the same hotel again because of how lovely and clean it was.
Nothing, it was absolutely amazing from the start to finish.

Close to a train station, beside an aquarium. Friendly staff. All amenities provided. They even provide comfy pajamas.
The room was cleaned and made up perfectly each day.
And the triple room was VERY spacious.

Friendliness of the staff. The room allocated to me was spacious, well designed and good basic amenities, especially king size bed, working desk and monitor (didn't bother to use).
Breakfast a bit dull, would prefer to have more wam meal like famous japanese omelette and some toasted sandwiches. Should provide free complimentary sauna instead just coffee. My room was facing train station, and I do like fresh air instead airconditioner especially comes to spring or autumn, but overall with that kind of spacious room and amenities is a small price to pay.

Convenient location steps away from the metro station.
Located near eateries and convenient stores.
Staff friendly and ready to assist.
Though the room size is big, there is insufficient provision for luggages, the big sofa took up precious space instead. We had to lay our luggage on the sofa and it became very messy. Insufficient space at wash basin to put toiletries. Insufficient hooks, bars, ledges to put our clothes at bath area.
The breakfast consist of ready to eat foods. No eggs, no fresh cut fruits, no fruit juices, no meat.
The room could be dusty cos I developed allergic reaction from the start of my stay.
