Location in the very centre but quiet. The room small but clean and equipped with comfortable bed. There is a lift so one can easily get to upper floor. The staff is incredible kind and helpful.
It would be good to have a bottle of water or kettle in the room.

We only stayed for one night during a stopover in Ponta Delgada. The room was clean and comfortable. Perfectly adequate for one night. The location is great - walking distance from the main square and most importantly one street over from the best gelato in Ponta Delgada. But the thing that stands out were the owners, who went above and beyond in their hospitality. I would definitely stay there again.

Convenient to the airport as well as walkable to the harbor, shops and restaurants. The host was so helpful, right down to making sure an early morning cab was booked for us.
