This boutique hotel was our home for a week while we explored the island and it worked. Very centrally located in the tiny streets the parking is a 5 minute walk away. The room had zero shelving to put anything is my biggest complaint. But it was clean and they have a central fridge and microwave you can use. All in all would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So clean! Location is perfect, within walking distance to so much. Our only complaint would be not having a mini fridge in the room. There is access to a fridge in another section but access is limited to 9-5. Not very convenient if you're out all day. Despite that, we would still stay here again! Loved our time in Ponta Delgada. Can't wait to return. We highly recommend Comercial Boutique. Thank you !

Excellent location in central Ponta Delgada, close to all the best restaraunts. Free public parking - only about 5 min walk away if you rent a car. Quiet, clean, and very nicely decorated!
