Breakfast was included. It was a mix of cold items and warm items. Everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel was always clean and smelt amazing! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Parking is right outside for .60€/hr I don’t think I paid more then 3€ a day due to being out and about plus after 8pm it’s free until 8am.

The property has old world charm with tastefully updated bathroom facilities.
The room was not large but had a lovely balcony overlooking the square. [Note: Not all rooms have this feature].
Breakfast options are tastefully curated to serve a variety of preferences.
Well located in the center of town where many tour groups gather.
The building is difficult to find so be sure to schedule your arrival with the property owners to get clear instructions before arriving.

Our second visit and it reconfirmed our opinion that this is an excellent boutique hotel in a beautiful building, huge spacious room and modern bathroom
Hotel sits on a large quiet square.
Our flight from Terceira was delayed by 11 hours and we finally arrived at 00.30hrs to be met by the ever cheerful owner.
