Location is perfect. Close to Suria mall and the Petronas towers. The staff is wonderful, very helpful and communicative. We had a broken window when we arrived and they fixed it asap. The view from the room is very nice. The TV has all the streaming subscriptions that exists. The pool on the top of the building is awesome and very clean. The people who are giving bad ratings for the place just because the wait for the elevator can be time consuming are just uneducated and have no idea how it is to live in such a tall building with that many apartments in it.

The apartment was very compact but felt very spacious with lots of storage. The view was incredible, and the location was super convenient. It had almost everything you needed in terms of essentials.
The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was easy to use in terms of turning on the hot water.
The fans and AC were superb and easy to control through the remotes. The TV had everything you needed in terms of entertainment channels and streaming services. The Wifi was very strong.
The hosts were very responsive and helpful - it was very easy to arrange room cleaning, changing of towels and linen, etc. There were also videos available on how to do certain things in the apartment such as where to take out the rubbish.
There was also a convenience shop downstairs within the lobby for any food, drinks, or other quick bits you might need.
Check-in was a bit confusing; you had to share screenshot of deposit via message to the host before reception (which is separate to the apartment host) could give you your key. The reception from my experience were not the friendliest or welcoming people so just be wary but I can't fault the apartment host.
As the building has many floors, be prepared to wait a while to go up or down. If you are calling a cab or ordering food, I suggest preparing to go down to the lobby way in advance.
There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels, so I ended up hanging them on the doors. There is a clothes drying rack provided, but I had it either occupied or I didn't want it out every day just for towels.
There was no dish drainer in the kitchen, and the one kitchen towel got wet quickly, so it was hard to dry all the dishes at once.
You could hear people in the hallway very clearly sometimes; soundproofing could be better. There were a couple of times strangers tried to open my apartment although I'm not sure if that's just other tourists mistaking their rooms.

Price is reasonable. Location is good.
The front desk staffs are super rude and unfriendly. See their faces and attitude spoilt my mood of staying in the property.
