Everything was absolutely wonderful!
The apartment was very spacious and clean, everything was well maintained, the breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect.
It’s just a shame that we were only staying overnight in transit and didn’t have enough time to enjoy the spa massages.

It is very close to Terme Laško and at a very peaceful location. Everything was very clean and the room had AC that worked well.
I enjoyed my stay there and didn’t find anything bad.

The rooms were clean.
The staff were not very friendly. We asked for a second key and they gave us a malfunctioning one. We were told that the extra key card did not work because our dog had bitten it - we don't own a dog. After asking for a working one, their response was to leave the key outside the room behind a plant. When we rejected that idea, the lady simply walked away saying that it was a bad luck and nothing could be done.
We were also met with grumpy faces the next morning.
The beds need new mattresses.
