Ok if you’re a short person.

The location was excellent, the hotel was super clean and the stuff was very helpful.

It’s an old hotel built for locals: people very short on average. I’m 191cm tall (6.23ft) and had to bow my head to walk on hallways, to enter my room, to enter the bathroom and to take a shower. Also the bed is for short people, so I had to sleep with my ankles and feet outside the bed.

Nice little hotel.

The hotel is a 10/15 mins walk from the metro station was I consider ok to be honest. The bed is hard which gave us amazing sleep. Beds are made and you get fresh towels everyday. The breakfast buffet is small but has all you need. Staff is really polite. The hotel is old but clean. There’s all the amenities you need in the room

Cleanliness, size of room was tiny for two beds. Though we expected a small room the room was very old and could have been done up, painted with next fixtures.

A decent choice if you want promixity to points of interest.

Extremely close to any stores, restaurants or attractions within walking distance and close to public transit to get even further (Akihabara, Asukasa, Tokyo Skytree, etc.). Buffet breakfast was great.

Parking wasn't free and they initially denied having any parking available, causing major confusion. The non-smokinng room smelled like cigarettes being covered up by the smell of mildew. Facilities are a bit dated and worn.

It was a place to sleep. That's as good as I could say.

Being Tokyo, rooms are always small. This was no exception. However, the orientation of beds, location of table, chairs, refrigerator, etc., really made a small space unworkable. Go to any large supermarket and you'll see Japanese focus on fresh food. Hotel Listel offers so much ultra-processed food for breakfast. No fresh milk, no bread for toast, buns that are stale (I could go on). The breakfast was yuk! Didn't encounter any Japanese at the service desk; and the staff I encountered were perfunctory at best.

Great value for price, friendly service, nice breakfast (had miso, coffee, fish), also separate single beds. Hotel is quite old, but clean.

There was no adapter for visitors from abroad or USB charger

You get what you pay for!

it was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating ~ the breakfast was great too! a variety of food to choose from ~ and delicious, good for even the fussiest of eaters.

~ the room was incredibly small with only just enough space to move in, the lounge in the room felt a little unnecessary.

A great place to stay in the heart of Shinjuku

I was satisfied with the entire package. Good location to enjoy the Shinjuku nightlife, clean room with comfy beds, delicious breakfast and a nice views from the upper floors.

Nothing to complain about.
