La chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable.
L'accès autonome à l'hébergement, très bien expliqué par l'hôte.
Facilité pour garer la voiture juste en bas de l'immeuble.

La cuisine est équipée, plaque chauffante, four, hotte ; dommage qu'il n’y ait pas d'ustensiles de cuisine, ne serait-ce qu’une casserole et une poêle.

La struttura è situata in un condominio al secondo piano, purtroppo ingresso del condominio è malconcio e pieno di spazzatura...l' amministratore condominiale dovrebbe provvedere a tenere pulito.

The various breakfast options and the location close to the ferries. Also the fact that we can self check in and self check out
No information on the way the hotel worked. Prior to coming I didn't even know I had to collect the keys myself in the front, I had to telephone to get the code and the person I spoke to was very unpleasant, they hung up on me after like 30sec, after shouting information super fast in Italian. Thankfully I found help from a nice neighbour otherwise I would never have entered. No effort to try to speak English at all either :(
