The property is brand new, some furniture is still in plastic. Location is right near the airport, about 5 minutes drive. About 20 minutes drive to Mayon Volcano. There is a little kitchen area, a table, good new AC.
The power went off few times. Will be great to have a kettle set.

Excellent location- very close to the airport.
VERY CLEAN AND MOSTLY BRAND NEW- from the building to the linens and tv and toilets- all new!

Proximity to the airport
Not clean. Cockroaches crawled on me while I was sleeping. I had to ask the gasoline boy where my room was. There was no office/desk. I was led to my room but was not given keys. The bucket to to fill water to bathe was dirty.
