The location, facilities and the staff were great!!!
A bit expensive for the area and the fact that the pool is not in a great location at the hotel compare to other hotels in the same budget

This was my first time with my family to the Philippines and the island of El Nido and after staying at The Apartments it won’t be the last time. The Apartments are slap bang in the middle of El Nido town and minutes away from the waterfront and all the places to eat. The staff at The Apartments are so very helpful, they will help you book excursions and are there for any advice you need to help you navigate your way around the island. And this can be places to eat excursions to try or just basic advice on how much you should be paying for your tuk tuks. I have to mention Garry and Kim as only a couple of the staff we interacted on a daily basis, but all the staff including the security guards at the front gate were all so smiley and helpful with everything, they are such a great team of staff there. I would recommend you stay here without a doubt. I was with my 2 young sons and wife on this stay and we will no doubt be back. Thank you to The Apartments team, you do such a great job. Salamat

The rooms were clean and comfortable. They had plenty of space for our family of 4 and our luggage. There was a full sized fridge in the downstairs great room. The location was excellent, right in the middle of shops, restaurants, and activities. The best part was the property manager, Garry, who took care of everything we needed throughout our stay, including food recommendations, island hopping tours, and even transportation to our next destination on the island. It was like having a relative as a local guide.
Everything was great, but our fridge wasn’t very strong (kept most food well enough, but drinks went bad even though it was on highest setting). The water temperature in the shower was a bit inconsistent, though with the island heat it was refreshing to take a colder shower. Also, we had difficulty with our room door code. However, we could leave our key with the security guard (yes, they had someone 24/7 at the front gate) when we went out and he just gave it back when we returned.
