The lack of operating air-conditioning.

The room was spacious and clean and the view was great as well. The breakfast options were simple but nice. I had great sleep on the beds; they were very comfortable. The placement of the hotel itself is fantastic, since the metro station is right next to it and there's a shopping mall right across the road.
During the second to last day my room didn't have any electricity at all for a couple hours. The outlet was also not fully inside the wall and sparked as I plugged my charger in. I also didn't particularly like the material of the shower curtains because they kept sticking to me as I took my showers (the shower space itself was also rather small).

The staff were excellent.
Location was good - near a mall and can walk (a bit of a walk though ie 25 minutes)to the main Sofia sights.
Very outdated hotel - very outdated.
The bathroom wasnt nice.
