LOVED the hotel and the staff were great. We had a room on the below floor that gave you a private patio that was perfect for early morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. The location of the hotel is perfect!
The only thing was that they had a weird obsession for wanting our group of three adults to have only one key. We asked for another key and it was like we were asking for something very difficult to obtain. They finally gave us another key, the key was bent and they were not sure if it would work or not. It did, but we found this attitude to be very strange. We stay in many hotels around the world and asking for an additional hotel key is a very commen practice.

Location is perfect. Room was clean, Parking though is expensive 25EUR per night.
Mediocre breakfast with limited options. Some of the staff are actually helpful some others are not willing to help. We booked for 3 nights during New Year's eve to stay me and my spouse. From day 1 we asked at the reception for 2 extra pillows. The guy at the reception told us he will inform the cleaning service and will send it. Day 2 haven't received it and so we follow up again for the same request. Again the receptionist told us the same. Day 3 still no pillows I go to the reception in our last night and the guy told us they do not have any. I proposed him to take some from the another free room and tomorrow when the cleaners come they can fix it. He discussed with the manager and he answered me they do not have free rooms - they are all booked. I checked on booking and on their site and they had lots of free rooms. They were lying obvisously. Next day I talk with the manager lady about that and she told me "I told to him to give you pillow. He must have misunderstood." Long story short they played us. 3 days we had 1 request. They said they can do it and they didn't.
