Excellent location, friendly staff, Netflix availability and modern room status system instead of hanging the door notes.
There is only one place to hang a towel or anything. We had to put clean clothes in front of the shower on the floor because there is no place for them. Definitely pack some S hooks or magnetic hooks if you can. Some coat hooks near the door would also be nice.

Location is very convenient to/from the airport, as well as for sightseeing. Rooms have a modern look. Good lights. Comfy beds, you might try the option to get cushions of your liking.
Room is noisy, from the street and from within, as poorly soundproofed. Room without decent space to put suitcase(s) without blocking desk or door. Hardly any storage space.
Staff is both inpolite and unprofessional (i.e. lying in the chair playing with cellular). A few items that essentially show a lack of (or no) interest for details:
- safe is so tiny, it's even difficult to squeeze a 11'' iPad in
- no glasses in the room
- cups with cracks
- coffee not refilled (probably linked to a € 2.50 (yes) charge for additional instant coffee / tea bags)
- no plastic cups for free refreshing lemon water in the reception area (never during 3 days stay). See above, no glasses in the room
