Great location, excellent staff. A bit run down. We were expecting a buffe breakfast, however one day. Long wait due to no buffe. Spa was a disappointment, need to upgrade.

Fantastic location, right opposite the Angkor Museum which is well worth a visit. It is very easy to walk into town and very cheap ($2) to get a Tuktuk. Right next door is a very well stocked supermarket. Staff welcome was excellent, very professional and informative, plus a light welcome drink and cold towel.
Not quite as clean as would be expected for 5*, some of the facilities were a little tired eg tap in the bathroom was loose in its fitting, loo seat loose and in need of replacement.

The location was great- close to everything.
The staff were lovely and we liked the smaller sized hotel.
Unfortunately our air conditioning didn’t work very well on our first night but they got someone to fix it the next day. The shower area could use a revamp.
