The breakfast is very good and the hotel tries to facilitate on whatever is possible the staying for the guests.
The hotel is super busy with people for conferences or privet parties, the restaurants are quite full, so really need to book in advance and the room is small in case is a couple with a kid. Also, the air in the room is really not good.

Excellent organisation and efficiency of hotel staff. Delicious breakfast, offering options for a variety of guests. The best coffee and pastries I've had at a hotel, for a while. Well--equipped business centre.

Location was great and provided rides to the nearby public transportation stops as needed. Facility was very nice and staff very attentive. Liked relaxing in cocktail lounge at end of the day, sometimes live music too!
Didn't realized breakfast buffet was such a big thing and honestly it looked fabulous...more access to coffee bar without the breakfast buffet would be nice especially early in the morning when no other coffee shops in the area are open. Always felt like I was being annoying when I asked for coffee without going to table in the restaurant. Also booking.com advertised free ride to hotel from airport when I booked which was not the case at all. I brought this up to both the hotel and booking.com (and it was still showing on the website) and they said they were not able to honor it because of a third party issue????

Bed was amazing.
It's bland and dead in area around the hotel, taxi to everywhere and getting off the hotel grounds is a pain.
