komfortabler Aufenthalt

Moderne Lobby mit schöner Bar und Terrasse und guter Aufenthaltsqualität. Der Barkeeper hat sich meine Getränke-Vorliebe und Zimmernummer sofort über meinen ganzen Aufenthalt hinweg gemerkt, was ich bemerkenswert fand.

Pleasant stay for week provided you are allocated to bigger room with spacious Bathroom.

Check in was smooth, so did access to rooms. I like concept of rooms not accessible to outsiders w/o access cards. Breakfast was great, specially Tea. Ambience for Breakfast was really good,

Bathroom was too small even for 1 person, it felt like submarine effect. Claustrophobic person like me should be warned of things like those (it was just one night for me so I didn't bother much).

Ibis can improve on their services . It could have been a better stay

Ambience is good . Hotel guest service can still improve a lot.

Security in cabin very poor . One of the incidence that happened with me is other room person trying to enter my room unknowingly and he could enter with other rooms key card. Room service is little late on delivering service. Room is quite small and not so comfortable , poor quality material used for construction. Corridors are very small and person inside cabin can hear everything when someone walks by . Rooms are not well acoustically insulated. When we entered room drains were clogged leading to water accumulating and spilling inside room .

The restaurant, the food, and the very helpful staff ! The peachy fresh fragrance, excellent cleanliness everywhere in the hotel, were a very welcome respite from the Mumbai monsoon.

The room was a bit small, with no possibility of an extra bed, but that was clearly communicated, so no problem. We felt that paying separately for breakfast, for 7 guests, at 699 per person, was a bit too much, so we skipped it. Something of an in-between cost, included with the room charges might not have been so explicitly visible.

The room was compact, but clean and comes with everything I needed for 3 nights stay.

The staffs were nice and polite, but sometimes they were busy and took time to respond.

Staff were very courteous! The place were very clean even during the monsoon season😊. View from room👌 Didnt try dining option so no comments.

The toileteries like tissue box and towels were not updated. Toilet closet could have been maintained a bit more cleaner.
