Behavior of staff and my accommodation upgraded free of cost from deluxe room to family suit. cleanliness of accommodation.
Location of Hotel and area of room, but accommodation was clean and area of Bathroom was sufficient.

Facilities were very good. We especially appreciated having the kettle and supplies for tea and coffee. We were also provided complimentary water and ice-cream! We opted for an included breakfast and were very happy with what was provided. The stand-out feature, however, was the friendliness of the staff.

The property is quiet and calm and the best part is cabs and autos come instantly to the location. Nearby everywhere I was supposed to go to. Breakfast is available even at 4:00 in the morning.
Parcels were also brought to the room by the staff so did nit have to go down to collect again and again.
I wanted the room cleaned everyday so they did that daily while providing new soaps and shampoos daily and keeping a water bottle ready in the room. Staff is polite and well mannered.
I just disliked the quality of the bath towels, they were a bit hard and it had lint which flew all over the room.
