The location is ideal if you want to be close to both the beach and the shops - definitely the best thing about this hotel.
The staff aren’t very friendly, no one seems happy to greet you or answer any questions, everything feels like a burden. You also can’t get your beach towels without being hassled to look at their spa deals - one man got annoyed when I wasn’t interested.
The man at reception definitely didn’t have the best interest in his guests, queried about arranging a taxi transfer back to the airport and was quoted €75, clearly looking to take a cut of this. I went online and was able to find a transfer for €45 (was reliable, punctual and friendly).
The cleaners are the friendliest workers there and I would argue they have the hardest most demanding job going so for the other staff to be cold/unwelcoming reflects badly.
Stayed at this hotel last year and didn’t notice this so for it to spoil this holiday is unfortunate, definitely won’t be back to this hotel.
