The location is perfect, stunning views. The roof terrace is beautiful, lots to see from there. Great breakfast, bit slow at busy times but we were on holiday so not in a rush.
Staff amazingly helpful and a pleasure to deal with, very accommodating.
Not much wrong it’s a lovely hotel. one thing I would point out for reference is that we paid for a river view room with balcony and our first room was on first first floor from which there was indeed a great river view whist standing up, once sitting on the balcony the wall is so high you can’t see the river at all which for us defeated the objective. The staff were very accommodating and we moved to the 3rd floor from which the view was great.

Loved the staff, the spa and spa treatments, the view, the breakfast, the rooftop bar, the walkability.
The noisy road beside the property when we specifically asked for a quiet room. This a bad on Sundays when all the motorcycles come out for their parade and rev their engines. It happens all morning and afternoon. Every. Sunday.
Also, there was a smell from the drains which was likely due to the river.
