Boothbay Gem

The beds and chairs were comfortable. I like to relax at my chosen room room and comfort is key. Everything else is good.

Shower/tub too high to get into comfortably and borderline safely.. Other than that I would have liked to stay longer.

I deserve a refund.

Bed was too firm, and needing was dirty, pillows were too flat worn out and cheep. We had to buy pillows and an mattress topper. 3” foam. The facilities were full of fleas. I had lots of bites, and had to clean and spray all my stuff so I wouldn’t bring them home. The carpet was dirty. Blanket had hair on them. It was a bad experience not like other stays I booked with you.
