About this villa rental
Orange Beach Villas is a small quiet community. The villa is an open floor plan living room dining kitchen, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. Kitchen is fully stocked, full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen tv with a full-size private bathroom w/ tub shower combination. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a 32" flat screen tv. The 2nd bathroom is across from the 2nd bedroom with a tub/ shower combo.
In the living room we have a leather couch that has 2 reclining positions and loveseat that also reclines both are electric. There is a 55" flat screen smart tv on wall. Roku on all TV's.

We loved our time here. The house is very clean, beds are nice, and the host was very helpful. If you like watching wildlife, the pond in behind the house makes that very easy. There were ducks, cranes, and other birds, as well as a bunch of turtles that come right up to the dock. I would love to stay here again, if I choose to go back to this area. I would highly recommend staying here.

The Villa was located off the beaten path just enough. The property was very clean with numerous little extras that made our weekend stay feel special.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We had a relaxing and enjoyable time during our stay. Everything was in pristine condition, clean on the inside, and quite comfortable. We would definitely stay with you again.
The four star rating on cleanliness is in regards to the outside back patio. There was rodent droppings on the table. The maintenance men pressure washed the patio floor and left all of the furniture and rugs in the grass for us to put back in place.
