Intersecting canal provides long-range water views from the primary bedroom, dining, kitchen and guest bedroom. Triple lot with 126 feet of frontage makes this a very private retreat, yet close to shopping, restaurants, and healthcare. Open and airy with vaulted ceilings in the primary, living, and family room. Access the screened lanai and heated pool through pocket, sliding glass doors from the primary bedroom, dining, family and guest bedroom. Makes for great indoor/outdoor living and the oversized lanai provides additional living space to enjoy the amazing views. Primary bedroom has an en-suite bath, and 2 walk-in closets. The two guest bedrooms have walk-in closets and share a bath which serves as the pool bath. The kitchen has granite counters, appliances, breakfast bar and a pass-through window to the lanai. Enjoy fishing from your dock or taking out one of 2 kayaks or one of 4 paddleboards to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Coastal inspired colors and décor throughout the home. As of March 2024, we have installed a new beach themed rubberized pool deck surface from FLOCO Decking Systems. Listing was very accurate and our 5 night stay was very enjoyable. House is in great condition, the pool was amazing, and the location was perfect for visiting family in Cape Coral while also being able to go to Ft Myers when needed. The views in the morning and evening were beautiful. The kids loved it too. Everyone had plenty of room and the big screen TVs were nice. Highly recommend! Wayne was very responsive to our questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great place, clean and everything you need to have a nice relaxing vacation. Kids had fun fishing and kayaking. The pool was clean and updated. The whole house was perfect. Really enjoyed the place. Thank you

We stayed for a baseball tournament. The house was exactly what we needed. We were able to bring our dog which is a huge plus. The yard was plenty big for him to run and play fetch. We fished and hung out by the pool in-between games. Staying at the house allowed us to cook and grill instead of eating out. Much more comfortable than a hotel. We will try to stay again if we come back to Ft Myers. When I did have a question Wayne responded immediately. Excellent host. The only issue was the water pressure in the master shower. I'm not sure if a new showerhead would help. I have very thick, long hair so it was hard to rinse but I just moved to the second bathroom.

This house is amazing! Clean and definitely seems newly remodeled. Neighborhood was nice and area was quiet. Pool was fantastic, kids were in it all day. The views of the canal are gorgeous. Because the location of house from canal, this house is very private. It almost felt like we were on a lake rather than a canal. Wayne was very responsive when we had a few questions. And when we asked about the lower temp of pool, which was a super easy fix, he had someone there the very same day to check it. You definitely won’t be disappointed if you rent this house. Enjoy!

We loved everything about this property! It was beautiful and clean. Check-in/out was easy, and the host, Wayne, was so friendly and helpful! Use of the kayaks, bikes, and paddle boards was a huge bonus…we greatly enjoyed exploring the canals at sunset! We’ll definitely be booking this home again.

This was a fabulous place to stay. Close to everything, clean, spacious and just as advertised. We stayed for a week and loved this place. We will be back often. We have stayed in dozens of places and this one tops the list. Great pool and outdoor area on one of Cape Coral’s canals. Great neighbourhood for walking, recreation (tennis courts and ball fields just down the street), shopping and restaurants. We couldn’t ask for anything better! Wayne was excellent to deal with- check in was a breeze and a booklet with “things to do” in the area was greatly appreciated.

This home was perfect for our family. The description was very accurate, the property was very clean, the pool was amazing but the hosts were what made this stay a step above any other. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed, and wanted to make sure that our stay was perfect. Their attentiveness to total strangers went above and beyond my expectations. We will gladly book this home again.
