The house was beautiful and clean. Great area with lots to do or to just relax. Beach access parking is right across the highway which was really convenient. We left just in time to miss hurricane Lidalia. Thanks for a great stay.

Where to start! The house is beautiful and very clean! Very relaxing. Spacious. Really a gem. You won’t be disappointed. My family was really left in a bind when the house we had rented was rented to another family. We came from NJ and were stranded. Leanne was so incredibly responsive. I messaged her around 7 am and by 10:30 am she had given me the codes to the house, had a cleaning crew out and talked w VRBO to allow me to rent for a few days. I can’t say enough good things! She saved our trip and I’m grateful.

The house was great and the location was super easy to get to the beach. Kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking meals. The house didn't have a grill, but Leanne had one brought to the house. I would say it could definitely use a new grill. We were told the house had beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and a beach wagon. We didn't find those at the house. Leanne had us go to another property to get them. The umbrella was not usable however. We really enjoyed the house. Plan to climb a lot of stairs as it is 3 levels. Just a few things to improve a little on for the $ you pay to stay. Beds were super comfy and hot tub was nice. Kill Devil Hills is a great area to stay in. Not overly touristy.
