We really liked the layout of the house, 3 separate suites. The description does not say that anyone else lives on the property. The courtyard was really nice. The kitchen needs some attention. Not very well organized, a little musty. It was midway between Carolina Beach and Wilmington Beach, lots of things to see and do. All in all it was a good stay, just needs a little TLC. The host was very accommodating.
