The owner of this gite lives on-site and apparently has his place of business there as well. As per numerous signs in the gite, guests are not allowed to have visitors and are instructed to confine themselves indoors or in the dismal communal barbecue area, some 70 meters away, including stairs. There is a small table and six chairs, plus two armchairs, to be shared by the occupants of the three gites. Despite there being a huge terrace in front of the house, when we asked the owner if we could bring a couple of chairs to have coffee there, he messaged back saying 'We don’t allow chairs or table in front of our house because I have very important clients coming to my office and it would not make them comfortable having people outside.' Despite the photos of large inviting grounds, we were thus confined indoors during 29C heat. This was disappointing as the property is nowhere near the lake and the town has nothing of interest. Additionally, even though the owner lives right next door to the gite, he did not come out to greet us or to say goodbye....we were there for five days.I think that if people value their privacy so highly, they should not be running a holiday rental business from their home.

There is no other place you would like to be. Wonderful and charming independent LOFT, located in one of the most beautiful and exclusive private properties in all of Ticino.
A place in the hills, where absolute privacy and the magic of an unforgettable panorama are guaranteed, surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and woods to live a positive, exciting and full of energy experience.
The LOFT also has a BBQ area and an outdoor table to enjoy nature during the summer season.
