Really pleased with it overall.

It was very spacious and well-equipped. The host was nice and let us stay for an extra hour! The center of como is only a 15 minute bus ride away so the location was fine as well. We really enjoyed our stay here!

The only thing that wasn’t the best is that the floor was a bit dirty so was the bathroom but only a little bit.

Worst stay in our europe trip

When i went to bed but not so much since the fan was literaly broken and it felt on my legs, wifi but kind of slow and fridge that works really well.

The place has no air conditioner, has 3 fans that are not correctly built so they fall easily and are dirty so if you turn them on prepare for sneezing, the bathroom had flies and was not clean at all, when we arrived we had to take the keys to enter out of a lock that needed a code to open (which they did not hand to us) so we were around an hour outside trying to contact the guest and they did not answer, they said "usually everyone contacts us via whatsapp" but they did not mention that in this publication at all, we could not park in front of the apartament and we had to park 1 km away and walk to the apartment (not mentioned in the publication either), if you are about to reserve this place please consider the next things: -No air conditioner -Not clean AT ALL -Broken fans that are dirty -Guests are not available when you need them (we even called) -Fire alarm is LOUD and sounds all night -Parking right outside of apartment is NOT possible (you will need to park 1km or 2 away) -If you have a big car ( we had a bmw X3 ) entering the street where the apartment is at is an almost imposible mission -It has flies -Entering late at night to the building is amost scary since there is no welcome night or nothing its just pitch dark unless you find the switch with your phone light

Процедура оформления очень сложная. Плюс нужно доплатить 18 евро за регистрацию. На первом этаже живут люди, что-то похожее на общежитие. Абсолютно все, что происходит в квартире рядом -слышно. Душевая с шатающимися ограждениями очень маленькая. Запах в квартире, улочки очень узкие, припарковаться рядом негде. Нам дали список парковок, но они либо далеко, либо частные. .

It was very spacious and well-equipped. The host was nice and let us stay for an extra hour! The center of como is only a 15 minute bus ride away so the location was fine as well. We really enjoyed our stay here!
