The property was extremely inviting. Clean, comfortable and plenty of room to sit with family and enjoy each other’s company. Our family was there to watch our son’s defense at Pitt. The location was an easy ride to the university and we there in minutes. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

We enjoyed our stay it was very close to CMU where we were dropping off our daughter. The house was really nice. The only complaint was the parking. We had a car and a SUV for move in and not enough space for both. The neighbors behind were not very nice.

Loved the location - so close to Walnut Street. The house was as described in the pictures. The kitchen is small but efficient. The parking in back was an added bonus. We did not know parking was hard to find in that area of Pittsburgh. The only negative is the bathroom on the third floor. The toilet is at a difficult angle leaving little leg room. But understand the space was tight.

This property is really nice with plenty of space, a nice kitchen, and a deck off the kitchen. We were a family group of six from Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Montana meeting in Pittsburgh to help my son get moved in for the summer at CMU. The house was much, much nicer than a hotel for us to have a mini reunion, play cards, etc. For these reasons I would *consider* staying here again. However... As soon as we arrived, we noticed that it got hotter as we went up each floor (there are three). We tried setting the A/C controllers to no avail, so we contacted the management company. Even after following their directions properly, the top two floors never got below 75 all night, and was more consistently at 77. We opened all the windows we could, but it was warm and muggy and the houses are right on top of each other, so we got essentially no air flow. It was a miserable night. We took pictures of the thermostats to prove that we had them set correctly. I contacted them after we checked out and sent photos. We were offered only apologies; no refund. For THAT reason, I may not consider staying here if the opportunity arose. In addition to the huge A/C issue, the other big annoyance was the towels and washcloths. We were provided exactly one towel person! It was a gross, hot day that day. What if a person wanted to shower twice?! Also, we found zero washcloths. I realize not everyone uses washcloths but a vacation rental MUST provide them. All of the above left a bad impression.
