Location worked very well. Close to Pitt and Carnegie Mellon University. Good restaurant choices close by.

breakfast was good. large variety,employees excellent with breakfast. Enjoyed the daily popcorn. Appreciated the fridge and microwave and the complimentary water.

My room smelled like fabulosa cleaner so bad I had to leave my door open for a few hours until the smell was less strong. Breakfast was not that good

Convenient, safe location for a family trip.

Clean room and safe location with parking attached to the hotel.

Breakfast could be improved with more choices. Fruit was not always available.

Highly Recommended

So clean! Spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 5. Loved the separation of the shower and toliet with a sink in each! Fun location with outside entertainment in the square during summer weekend nights.

Having to pay for parking. $16 a day in nearby garage. Had to take an elevator from floor 4 in the garage to 2 to get to the hotel and then another elevator to get to our floor.

The bed was very comfortable.

The loading zone is inconvenient and limited to 2 cars. Anymore you will have to park in the street. The registration /lobby is on the 2nd floor, which is a little inconvenient when you have kids and lots of luggage. Plus, the elevator the parking deck was out of order.

When I told the girl at the front desk about when I was leaving she said sorry and walked away

The mattress was worn out the toilet seat was loose and there was only decaf coffee left in the room

Great for business at the zoo.

Great location with food and beverage options nearby.

A/C unit was loud. My room overlooked the bus depot so there was beeping and bus noise each morning.

comfortable, close proximity to Carnegie Mellon and we frequent the area often. keeping the price afforded would allow

location, safe, close restaurants, friendly staff, just would love to use the pool and hoping it reopens again as we have to travel to Pittsburgh often and we like staying here, parking garage is close and feels safe.

could use more handicap parking but it still is an awesome place, pool not open, separate bathroom shower situation not enough privacy in toilet area.

Great location to food and shopping

The location was phenomenal and the staff was exceptional!!

The only thing I would change would be the pillows; they were not too comfortable.

Very good

Very welcoming and helpful staff. The room was spacious and, overall, very clean. The lobby area, with a full bar, was a great place to visit with family.

Every cup of decaf coffee I got included coffee grounds in my cup. The decaf dispenser was a different design from all the other dispensers.

Exceptional

I liked the area, and I felt very safe in a big city at this facility. Parking garage and hotel were clean and convenient.

The only thing we had an issue with was the kids running down the halls and loudly yelling at 10pm. Call the office yet it continued.
