Kitchen is stocked with a starter pack of ground coffee, Kcups, sugar, salt, pepper, and other seasonings 📝The guest will need to log in using their account. Board games are available. There are NO cameras on the interior of the house or facing the inside of the fenced patio 🌵NEIGHBORHOOD This house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood accessible by paved roads. It is located near grocery, shops, and local restaurants. Downtown Twentynine palms offer vibrant boutiques, shopping & local eats. 🌵HOUSE RULES Booking with us means you agree to abide by the house rules. The city of 29 Palms requires all guests to abide by the regulations outlined below. Failure to abide by the house rules will result in additional fees applied. 1. You must be age 25+ to book, and the person who made the reservation must be at the property during the entire stay. 2. Observe Quiet hours (10 pm-8 am). All guests are subject to the local Noise Control Ordinance and can be subject to citation. 2. No smoking of any kind inside the property. Evidence of smoking including odor removal will incur a $250 additional charge. Please be considerate of the neighbors as well. 3. No parties/events. Violating will lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation. 4. Place all Trash in the bins located by the property entrance. The trash collection is Tuesday. 5. Riding Off-road vehicles is restricted and allowed in approved OHV areas 6. We allow one dog for free (no other pets, including cats, sorry!). The second dog will incur an additional $75 and require pre-authorization from the host. Please clean after your pet and keep them off the bed/furniture. The desert offers many prickly plants and has the presence of wild animals; please watch your pets closely.
