Nestled in Gainesville, this attractive house for $90 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Summary: 🔆 The Prairie Suite | Newly-Built Home 🔆 ▻ Gainesville's Premier New Airbnb ▻ Walk to University of Florida & Downtown G'ville ▻ 3 bedrooms & 2 baths ▻ 7 beds for up to 10 guests (incl. 2 Kings) ▻ Fully equipped and family-friendly (incl. Pack n' Play) ▻ Downstairs (Single Level Suite) in a Duplex with your own Entrance and Porch The Space: The perfect place for those visiting Gainesville's thriving University scene or those wanting to experience the natural wonder of North Florida, such as the beautiful freshwater springs, like Ginnie Springs (only a 40-minute drive)! This newly-built, concept-designed home features a bright King Bed Master Bedroom with en-suite bath, an additional King Bed bedroom, a Guest Bedroom with two twin beds, and a shared bath. You'll also find a pullout sofa and two rollaway beds. With 7 beds, the condo can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in total. Bonus: Pack n Play for an infant! Enough clean linens are always provided to make sure all guests enjoy a great night's sleep. There is also a desk for shooting off those emails from home! Everything in the home is brand new--boutique Paynes Prairie-themed design with Southwestern Flare, granite countertops, hard floors, Gigabit WiFi, and large LED TVs in every room with streaming capability for Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, news, sports, etc.! We provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Because it's Florida and it gets hot here, there is central A/C in addition to ceiling fans in almost every room of the house. Coffee, natural sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary! You'll be assigned one designated parking spot in addition to free street parking all around the home. Guest Access: Full access to the home, including: kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, HDTVs, etc. One assigned parking space + free street parking. The Neighborhood: Located within Gainesville's Historic Pleasant Street neighborhood within walking distance to the University of Florida and Downtown Gainesville. Other Things to Note: 🔇 NO parties or loud music; $500 fee 🦮 NO pets; $250 fee. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals 🚭 NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $250 fee 🙅‍♂️ NO unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest --- 🎥 We have an active doorbell security camera outside to ensure the safety of guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed 🔊 We have an active noise decibel detector inside that detects excess noise and notifies us --- 🙋You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 4 guests, there is a $12 nightly charge per extra guest 😴 Potential for noise: Walls are shared, this is a duplex; light sleepers may be affected 🏠 Guests must climb 4 stairs; not wheelchair accessible --- Please, 🧹 Be respectful of the space (this is our home) and clean up reasonably after yourself 🗑️ Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful 🔧 Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should Please feel free to ask us for more information about these if you have any questions or concerns. 💫 Have a wonderful stay!

From the moment we walked in we were blown away. it's a beautiful home with excellent decor, very spacious, spotless, loved that there was coffee and creamer a very much appreciated detail. the communication with the property manager was great. it's also in a great location close to a lot of cool spots.

The property more than exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious, clean, modern, and updated and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Also, the instructions provided to access the house and internet were very timely and easy to follow. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it highly to others.
