Started rough but finished on the up and up.

Close proximity to everything. Everything was clean.

First room we went into was too hot and sofa bed was broken. All hallways had airflow machines running cool air.

Great hostess, accommodating, but noisy.

The hostess (Kiara maybe?) was awesome! She got the room ready faster than anticipated so my daughter could have a long nap after our rough morning. She was very helpful!

The people above us were running around till 1am. After trying to sleep for an hour, we contacted the front desk and even though they stated they’d help, the noise continued. I’m only grateful they didn’t wake my daughter. My wife and I got no sleep.

Great Home Feel If You're Staying For An Extended Period

We love the room design and the fact that we have a table we can eat at, as well as a more home-style kitchen. Great for long stays where you want more of a homey feel in your hotel. Employee's are always kind, food is good, and overall it's always a great experience.

We've stayed here several times, and each room has lamps that have a couple of extra plugs for like alarms or charging ports or CPAPs, whatever you need to charge. In every single room we've been in, none of these ports had any grip on the electrical prongs, and as a result, wouldn't actually charge anything or provide power to what was plugged in. If you could get it to work, a single nudge would stop it again. I wish when they had done the refurbishment they had replaced all those damn lamps. it's a very small complaint, but it's annoying, and it seems to be true in every room.

just ok for a quick trip

the property was conveniently located to shopping, major highway and food. staff was friendly as well.

the hotel was so dated. the room wasn’t super clean, the tub didn’t drain properly and i had a spider on my pillow. we were only staying for a few days so we just went with it but I wouldn’t stay here again. also, the fourth floor hallway was always so hot. we tried to use a door facing the back of the building to enter through the building and we couldn’t access it during our stay. we had to walk to another door to enter, which made hauling luggage, etc a pain.

Fridge was unlevel so it rocked when you tried to open it. My car was broken into in parking lot, no security cameras.

My wife and I had a late check-in from a long travel day. Melinda met us and was amazing at getting us checked in and answering our questions. The next morning, we dealt with Kiara, who was also wonderful. These two professionals are an asset to your facility.

We were very happy with everything that we encountered. It was a great stay. We will book again when we stay in Gainesville.

Great Hotel in an Excellent Location

We've stayed here multiple times and love the location as well as the home-like layout of the rooms. The staff are always kind and eager to please. Breakfast is roughly on par with other Hilton brand locations, but they offered much higher quality potatoes on our most recent stay, which were excellent. I hope they keep those potatoes around in the future.

Bathroom door was poorly installed on the top mount, which caused it to stick, jostle, creak and the hanger fell off once. Otherwise, the bathroom was perfect(not being sarcastic). Couch was hard, and uncomfortable to spend any significant amount of time on.

Overall a great place to stay.

It was located very close to the Dental School at FU which is where we wanted to be. It was near many good Restaurants and shopping. The hotel had a very nice and comfortable breakfast area with a variety of food to select from. There was 24 hour coffee and tea available. The staff were all very friendly and always smiling. Our room was very nice and spacious. The towels seemed new and were good quality. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The coffee pot in our room did not work but again we could go downstairs anytime for coffee. The only other thing was that the room could use a deep cleaning around the floorboards, etc.

Would prefer away from construction an a 2 bedroom suite.

The suite was wonderful!

Our room was next to construction site of building we were awaken both mornings we stayed by a drill or loud noise. The crew also could be heard outside our door early every morning!

Nice and comfortable. Good continental breakfast every morning.

Nice location, convenient to shopping and restaurants. Staff are very nice and helpful.

I thought the position of the TV was odd as you only see it at an angle from bed and sofa bed. I didn’t want to dare turning it as I was afraid of breaking it. I wasn’t in the room except in morning or at the end of the day, otherwise it would’ve been a concern.

Overall decent place, pet friendly and lots of space, close to I-75 and plenty of restaurants.

Walls were thin. Noise late and early. Issues with reservation changes. No option for late checkout.

I booked two queen beds and didn’t get it. the room we did have had a leak from the ceiling it came down unexpected and almost ruined my purse. a bunch of stuff got wet. had we not been in the room it would have been even worse. we had to be inconvenienced and moved to another room. we were offered no compensation for this/ not Hilton points, not a discount. you can also tell that they treat you worse if you booked from a third party like booking.com. It had a weird odor throughout the hotel. won’t stay at this hotel again.
