Good location, very friendly staff. Only a quick stay for a family event, so I didn't take advantage of the services or restaurant, but everything looked lovely.
Difficult to locate, especially after a long drive and after dark. Not really anything they can do about it, just a heads up for other guests. There were some elevator issues while I was there, and the fire alarm did go off mid-morning.

Cleanliness of room. Floor was not vacuumed. Bed was old, dirty and uncomfortable.
