Staff was great, friendly & welcoming…. Bed was so uncomfortable, pad under sheets kept rippling (we removed it) but still uncomfortable, sheets didn’t fit well, came off at the corners….. room was nice & remodeled… just not pleased with the bedding.

I showed up to check in 30 minutes after check in opened to be told my reservation has been cancelled. I had no call, email, text, or voicemail from them staying that. 1500 miles from home and no place to stay. The desk lady was not very helpful and said this is common to be overbooked and cancel the third party booking and charge more too the people who call direct. The manager wouldn't even come out of the office to talk. Multiple guests came down and reported problems with their runs while I was trying to get stuff sorted out. Phones not working and TV's that were missing. Hotels.com worked with me and got us in at Hotel Eleo and comped the difference. We had an awesome stay there, would not recommend Hotel2 Home Gainesville.

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. The staff is super nice and the rooms are great. I travel with my mom and the room is perfect for her needs (accessible bathroom, extra spacious room for her walker)... i will definitely go back

I was not told before time that the hotel was under repair. Dirt in elevators, on floor & entrance & ugly dumpster at entrance. I paid top dollar & expect more from Hilton as I am an Honors member. I should be reimbursed something as I paid so much for the room.

Shower had hair on the walls, black on the floor, and not enough pressure to run the shower head. Couch was stained, and there was trash on the floor

Property is close to UF and is away from the high traffic area. Entrance to the hotel is on the side of the hotel and not in front - entrance is narrow and hard to find specially at nighttime. Hotel does have parking area behind the hotel.

Hallways are super hot. Asked for housekeeping twice, but never got it. Coffee maker had a part missing. We had to find someone from housekeeping to help, because we called the front desk and they never sent anyone, the breakfast was absolutely awful. Sheets had stains. This place is terribly run

The location of the hotel did not seem like it was in the best part of town. The area around the hotel appeared unkept and dirty. The lobby did not appear very clean and the rooms were no better. There was stains all over the carpet, on the couch of the pull out bed, stains on the ceiling and walls. There was also hair on AC vents. The mattress protectors were also stained, were worn out, and had holes on them. For the price I expected better. I would not stay again.

Check-in was great we went up to our floor, came off the elevator, and a wave of heat hits you. I don't think they have ac in the halls. The bathroom was disgusting. The tub was dirty and the bottom walls had black mildew. The sink stopper was disgusting as well. It clearly needs to be replaced but they haven't. I did get good sleep. When I went to check-out and get my receipt, the front desk said oh you paid through Expedia so you'll get your receipt from them. I said no, I chose to pay at the hotel and last night I paid said amount. She goes are you sure? I think I would know what I paid or didn't pay at a hotel. She just kept arguing with me and for some reason couldn't give me a receipt so I finally gave up and said forget it. I will not stay here again.

I traveled with my 7 month old, husband, and mom. I chose this hotel because it appeared to be a bit nicer and I wanted the overall experience to feel a bit cushy. It was clean, easy check in, but for $180, I do not feel it was worth it. The beds are good for one person (the mattress dips in with two people so you are both in the middle of the bed). They were out of all hand soap so we used the body wash that was provided in the shower. The air conditioner is super loud when it clicks on and off, so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Overall, I would say this is a $99/night type hotel…I feel I way overpaid.

Waited 20 minutes to check in because the computer wasn’t working. After getting up to the room the kids wanted to go swimming so we went down to the pool. Pool was trashed. Beer cans all over the floor, all the pool furniture was thrown into the pool including a potted plant. Lady at the front desk said they would get to it the next day. The room it self was nice and beds were comfortable but definitely not queen sizes

The front desk staff provided flawless, helpful service. The facility was very clean, and it always felt safe. Erin, in particular, is a stellar example of the best in customer service! I will certainly stay here again.

Location good, Room it didn't look so clean and faucets in the bathroom were rusted. I have the impression that when I go to any hotel with a reservation using this application, Hotel.com, they give you "the ugly room" that they have available.

Nice hotel, it felt fairly new. I thought the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but surprisingly I did not wake up with a back ache (despite my 3 back surgeries). Front desk clerks were very friendly and accommodating (even the night crew at 1:30 am). Breakfast could use some improvement and the kitchen staff could use some cheering up. Room was clean and smelled nice, despite the fact that they were short staffed for being Christmas eve.
