Location location location....It was on the same street as the stadium. Staff and room was A+++
Needed a microwave and refridgerator...Price was a little steep but understandable bc its minutes from the stadium

Location, Location, Location. This was the Old Gator Lodge that they completely redid. Perfect location for football games and at a price point that doesn't break the bank.

Great boutique motel in downtown area close to the college. Nicely remodeled rooms. Excellent coffee bar on site. Staff are friendly, helpful & accommodating. Great value.
The area around the motel is in a little rougher section of town & it would be nice if you had someone for security at night.

Location,property was repainted by new management and cleaned
No microwave available in the room which the new management removed.
