About this house rental

Located in Sarasota, this charming house for $302 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Welcome to the Hidden Gem Sarasota Home where location, quality and style are key... 4 bedrooms** 3 bathrooms**2 kitchens **HEATED SALT WATER POOL*** HOT TUB** close to beaches*** You are approx. 5 mile to world renowned white sand beaches including Siesta Key Beach and Lido Key Beach. Several restaurants and shopping are less than a half mile. The house has a beautiful FULLY FENCED private backyard with heated pool, a hot tub which is surrounded by lush palm trees. The serene back yard is perfect for lounging all day and cooking dinner on the gas grill or walking to dinner. Kitchen is nicely stocked. ***Location location location…*** Best of both worlds- close to beaches, walkable to local restaurants and a few miles famous downtown Sarasota restaurants. Only 6 miles to the SIESTA KEY BEACH and 5 miles to LIDO KEY BEACH. Both beaches have large public parking lots and a concessions stand with good hot food and frozen drinks. Siesta Beach's sand is 99% quartz l which makes it white and powder soft. Siesta Key also has two lively areas for dining. The Siesta Key village has restaurants and a couple stores. Another area by the South bridge has several restaurants. Grab your FISHING pole and head to the water, just 1.3 miles to the Siesta Dr - north bridge for fishing. DOWNTOWN is 2 1/2 miles away with restaurants, arts, shopping, Whole Foods and farmers market. Downtown has too many restaurants to name such as: Marina Jack’s, O’Leary Tiki Bar and grill, Owen’s Fish Camp, Mediterraneo. You can also take sightseeing boat cruises. LIDO KEY is just a couple miles from downtown. It is an exciting spot with lots to do including kayaking/stand up paddle boarding in the mangroves, hang out at Lido beach or stroll around the restaurants and stores of St Armands Circle. The house is less than 1 1/2 mile, and you’ll be at several restaurants (Rick’s French Bistro, Baker & Wife, Rendez-Vous bakery, Vino Vino, Fleming’s, Connor’s Steak and Seafood), Aldi, Crossings at Siesta Key mall w Macys and a Cinebistro dinner movie theater. Children should be SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES in the backyard around the pool, hot tub and grill .All guests as well as any guardians of minors staying at the property take full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of minors, and release the owners/hosts of the property from any personal injury that could occur during their stay. NO GLASSWARE ALLOWED IN POOL AREA. For your own safety and the safety of the next guests, please use the plastic glasses and plates provided. We had a great time at this rental. It’s a perfect location, close to Siesta, Lido beach, and grocery stores. We asked the host if he had a beach umbrella and he brought it without hesitation an hour later to the front door. The pool was amazing and very clean, the property has a brand new fence around the backyard so there’s lots of privacy. The outer furniture was a bit dirty but just needs to be properly cleaned. We noticed ants throughout the house but not enough to truly bother us. I suggest this property invests in some placemats for their gorgeous white dining table! Thank you for a great stay!

Everything was as described in the listing. The property is so close to amazing beaches and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Anytime we had a question or concern, the property managers were incredibly responsive and even showed up in person when we asked them to take a look at something. Overall, we would stay here again and really enjoyed our stay.
