L'hôtel est un ancien lycée populaire des années 60 qui a eu plusieurs "vies" : vocation éducative, puis artistiques et désormais hôtelière. Le bâtiment est classé. Il a été rénové dans le respect de l'architecture originale du bâtiment en conservant de multiples matériaux, objets et décoration de l'époque.
Etablissement situé dans magnifique parc arboré à proximité de la ville.
Buffet petit déjeuner varié et qualitatif.
L'architecture ayant été conservé globalement en l'état, certains espaces sont loin d'avoir une ergonomie optimale. La douche est minuscule et dès que vous faites un mouvement vous vous cognez dans les murs. Si vous voulez utilisez un appareil électrique (rasoir, sèche cheveux) vous devez vous installer dans la chambre, porte de salle de bain ouverte pour avoir un miroir à votre portée.
Les logements ne sont pas du tout adaptés aux PMR : portes qui s'ouvrent dans le sens inverse de la marche, seuils de porte de plusieurs centimètres.

Beliggenheden, stilen, enkeltheden, naturen.
Lidt mærkeligt at dele toilet/bad med andre, og ikke vide om andre boede på samme gang som en selv. Saknede at reseptionen var åben i weekenden.

Ad transport: så var det pr MC, kunne også være cykel/på cykelferie!
Højhuset fungerede fint, rent og pænt - af et efterhånden gl højhus at være!
Meget fin morgenmad!
Her er ikke tale om noget afgørende, måske at man kunne opbevare sin bagage (for folk, der ikke er i bil, men cykel o.lign), mens man er til arrangementer i Herning, fx DMugen?

With a very good location and nice and quite nature surroundings.
Parking is large and free
For the price paid the breakfast was very limited in variety.
Also the elevator only stop at even floors, to access the rooms on the odd-numbered floors, you need to go up one flight of stairs!!
Check-out at 10:00 it is too early
The bathroom is too cramped
The room is only cleaned every five days!!
No blackouts in the windows!
