Lovely, roomy space, 1st floor (only one flight of stairs), quiet neighborhood with bus stop nearby - only about 30ish minutes by public transport to historic city center or 15ish by Uber. It's nearer to Monastery and Belem Tower area. Grocery store is just a block away which we found helpful for our longer stay. We had 3 of us comfortably in the apartment and all facilities worked fine for what we needed. It was nice and quiet. There are plenty of glasses and pots and pans to make meals in the apartment. We were offered housekeeping service for our extended stay so that was a huge plus. Thanks!
Water pressure was great, but we did find that the hot water can "run out" in the shower, so keep in mind if multiple people need to use the shower back to back. We had a bit of an issue with the laundry machine, but the host helped fix it. The frying pan probably needs replaced soon. And a drying rack or clothespins for those needing to do laundry would be helpful.

The apartment was clean, nice and comfy. I was traveling for business-conference, so I appreciated that it is walking distance from conference center. I was staying with two friends, we had enough space and it was good.
Only thing we missed was the full body mirror-there is just a mirror in the bathroom, but no fullbody mirror.

Property was clean, comfortably furnished, in a quiet area. Easy walk to the Centro de Congressos. Well serviced by public transport - buses and tram. The apartment has plenty of light and is close to a supermarket and several cafés/restaurants. Hosts were very helpful for minor queries.

We stayed here for the second time this year because we liked it so much the first time: Fully equipped modernly renovated, well equipped apt in a residential area of Lisbon very well connected to bus and tram infrastructure. A large supermarket 3min walk away. Quiet area at night; friendly neighbors. Very comfortable beds. Host met us with keys as agreed. We'd book this apt again.
Difficult parking if you come by car. We couldn't get Youtube to work on the TV (it worked during our first visit).
