We absolutely loved everything about the property and the lay out, location and easy to find with the host’s instructions.
It was the heat wave while we was there, so we spent most of our time visiting cooler places, but it was with in easy access of places we wanted to visit.
Rob and Joy are lovely hosts and the lemon drizzle cake was absolutely beautiful and Robs recommendation of places really helped.
We did eat in most of the time, due to my health conditions, and with the added bonus of the freezer, it meant we could do 1 big shop.
We shopped mainly at Diss as it was the nearest town and super markets.
We absolutely loved the setting the property was in and having our own bit of out door space was lovely too.
We would highly recommend this beautiful place to stay, it was just so nice to find this beautiful place and come back to Norfolk after a 3 year break.
Would we go back again yes 100%.

Host Joy was lovely, had made Lemon drizzle cake for us. WiFi brilliant, one of main let downs was the wet room/bathroom floor which had ceramic tiles, as soon as they got wet, it was like a skating rink and became dangerously slippery, also bathroom lock was a bolt, which if an accident happened in the bathroom, the door would have to be broken into. Conservatory needs some attention, roof letting in water and sagging.
