Great for party goers and nightclubbers.

Great location, very spacious. Nice view. Nice to have a washing machine.

Sparsely furnished with sleeper couches in lounge… not very comfortable. Hard mattress. Poor quality bedding and towels. Only an oddly shaped duvet cover, sheet and cushions on the bed. Leaky bathroom sink. No remote for lounge aircon. Noisy nightclubs in the area on weekends until 3.30 am or later.

Great location but think twice if you are travelling for work

The location was very convenient to my conference venue and close to beautiful Anse Vata beachfront. It was easy to walk to swimming beaches, restaurants, the Aquarium, and water taxis. The apartment was spacious and in a nice building adjacent the Hilton Hotel.

While the apartment was comfortable and spacious, it lacked the services of a "4 star hotel". I expected this from the pricing, but it was unusual for a 1 week stay to be offered only one towel (I requested a second towel), especially given there were no hand towels or facecloths provided. The lack of reception services if normal for self-contained accommodation, but not speaking French meant that it was difficult to request a taxi (something I hadn't considered before arriving!). As a business traveller, I needed clear and transparent billing but the host seemed to not have experience with invoicing. The host would only accept payment by cash or bank transfer (not credit card) which ended up being very complicated because some of the money transfer services either did not include New Caledonian accounts or would not recognise the host's bank account/s. The host insisted on payment before providing an invoice, sending multiple messages and emails per day, including during the night, which had a negative impact on my stay in Noumea to say the least. Two weeks after full payment, I received another unspecific request for more money. I wanted to choose a locally owned accommodation provider rather than an internationally owned hotel chain, but the stress and time wasted was very disappointing.

Apart from the above the place was clean and Natasha was absolutely very friendly and obliging

Location was great

The shower over bath was dangerous - too high. Bath was slippery - danger of fall is high. We are use to getting some toiletries - body wash, shampoo and conditioner and a washer. Minimal of two toilet roll - which ran out over the four days. Surprised no coffee and tea.

Light spacious convenient apartment right on Anse Vata

Natacha is amazing…she does her absolute best to make our stay possible and work with us. Thank you. Spacious apartment, light, large opening doors, well furnished, great deck and outdoor table and chairs. Large bedroom also opens on to the deck. Bed is huge and so comfortable. Easy access to Anse Vata…great walking along waterfront. We ate in our apartment breakfast and dinner….just needed to bring everything with you (coffee, tea, pepper, salt, laundry liquid )

Car parking a little tight and confusing to know where to park. Noisy with night club noise???? But in such a popular location some noise is expected.

Emplacement, spacieux

Pas de piscine alors qu’elle apparaissait dans le descriptif de l’annonce . Cafetière fuit . Poêle à changer . Douche ( baignoire ) difficile d’accès pour des personnes âgées .
