The hotel is in a good location; some staff at the reception are supportive, but more support would be great! Overall apartment is good, location is great but service improvement and apartment servicing definitely required.
The cleaning staff is a bit rude; how many more days are you going to stay, kind of vibe; their cleaning is also mediocre! The apartment needs some updates! The reception staff is supportive, but most of the time they hide behind their desks!!

The location is really good with many coffee shops and restaurants close by.
The shower/tub is very awkward to get in and out of safely. One hanging light was broken and fixing it was not possible since it would require rewiring at the ceiling. I could live without it,...minor prblem.

Nice big room with a sofa and a very soft comfortable bed. Balcony is plenty big enough.
Very good Wi-Fi speed. Heaps of western restaurants in the area.

Location, the room was as advertised, nice room. Quite area close to everything
Only 2 chairs at pool and both were broken. Towels were in poor shape
A bit of mild in tub
Outside area was dirty, while properties on either side of hotel were kept tidy
Had to request water and coffee daily
