The hotel is in a great location, very central and just around a 10-minute walk from the beach. It’s also very well connected to all the main restaurants and other places in the area.
I booked a twin room with two single beds, but the beds were actually much bigger than standard single beds, almost queen-size, which was a nice surprise. The room itself was fairly spacious, and the bathroom was very good as well.
There’s a rooftop pool with a pretty nice view. The only downside is that the pool area is covered, so it doesn’t really have the open-air feeling you would normally expect from a rooftop pool.
The staff were very nice and helpful, and the hotel was quiet, which made the stay comfortable. Overall, a very good option if you want to stay somewhere central, close to the beach, restaurants, and everything else you need.
The only things I didn’t really like were the shampoo and conditioner provided in the room, as they had a slightly strange smell. We also had one day when the bathroom had a bit of an unusual smell. It wasn’t a constant issue, but it was noticeable.
Besides that, everything else was good.

I had a generally pleasant stay at Platinum Danang Hotel. The location is quite convenient — it’s not too far from the beach, which was a big plus for me. I also liked the design of the room. It was clean and had a nice atmosphere, although the room itself felt quite old and could definitely use some cosmetic renovation.
Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was a disappointment. The area around the pool was not very clean, and there were only two sun loungers, which made it difficult to relax there comfortably.
The reception service was also inconsistent. With the exception of one friendly receptionist, the other girls at the front desk did not seem particularly welcoming.
