Beautiful view but Phoenix is not for me.

Location was nice, pool was nice kids had fun. View from room was the best!

Room was dirty, looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a year. They did refund the cleaning fee mix charges, but not what Bret Robinson charges. Paid triple what I should have. Front desk messed up and gave me a receipt where it showed what Phoenix charges then I paid what Bret Robinson rentals charges. Had to wait for elevators continually all week. So bad at checkout on the 5th didn’t think we were going to make checkout! Way too busy for me, it didn’t feel relaxing.

Location was nice, pool was nice kids had fun. View from room was the best!
