Great location and the flat has very modern with everything we needed. Communication was super easy, as well as getting the keys. It's walkable to the metro and the Vatican, so great for an early morning tour booking there. The metro is easy to get to lots of the sights.
The bed was very uncomfortable. I usually like a firm bed, but honestly we didn't sleep well at all and the bed was very hard. I would recommend for the host to upgrade this - I think the sofa bed was more comfortable. It is on street level, so there was some noise. I sleep with ear plugs so was okay for me, but others I was travelling with found this disturbing.

Excellent location, very near a metro station, close to amenities, 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs, very accommodating host. Definitely recommend for a family of 3 or even 4.
The main bed was a bit hard but ok enough to sleep.
