I liked how it was walking distance from the beach but also pretty close to a variety of places to eat for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the bed or the pillows we slept on. But it wasn’t too bad.

The location was great. It was very quiet and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The parking was easy and convenient.
The hot tub was FANTASTIC!
The only thing that was a little difficult was that we arrived at night and it was hard to see which door to enter. Maybe a sign or directions to where the downstairs door was. When we arrived there was a large truck parked in the carport and we didn't see the blue door.
The property was great and there were no problems. We will stay again!

The location is really good & the amenities outside the complex.
Unfortunately, as much as I wanted to say that our stay was relaxing and enjoyable, our experience was not quite the same as what we had read in some other reviews.
We stayed in the two-bedroom downstairs unit. One of the biggest issues for us was the amount of noise coming from the upstairs guests. Almost every night, we could hear them walking around, as well as using the outdoor stairs to go up and down to their unit. This happened around 9 PM, 10 PM, 11 PM, and sometimes even as late as 2 AM. Since we were usually out during the day, I can’t speak to how often it happened in the morning or afternoon. The upstairs guests appeared to be older or retired, so we jokingly told each other that it sounded like someone was walking around in heels—but unfortunately, they weren’t.
The second bedroom, where my child and I stayed, also faced a specific parking spot used by the upstairs guests. Every time they left or returned, we could hear the car engine and the alarm locking or unlocking the vehicle. More importantly, the headlights would shine directly into our room through the cracks of the double doors facing the parking area. I found this particularly disruptive, especially at night. I contacted the host about it, and they responded quickly and provided us with something we could use to block the headlights. I appreciated their prompt response and willingness to help with that issue.
Another thing to be aware of is that the unit does not have centralized cooling. Our bedroom had an electric fan instead. Thankfully, we stayed after the peak summer season, so the temperature was more manageable.
I had read most of the reviews before booking and had a very positive impression of the property. That was one of the main reasons I decided to book it for a vacation with my husband and our children.
